The Aggregate Feed Link is dependent to RSS Navigator.

Hi Joe,

If the "Aggregate Fee Link" be independent  of RSS navigator be nice for appearance of Feed Manager. For Example I want to have the aggrege feed link on module title and rss navigator not show.
