friendly URLs in 2.3.3.2 version

Hi,

In the version 2332 there is a following:
If new page the name containing and cyrillics and English words, for example, "особенности mojoPortal ", in a field txtUrl is formed URL -mojoPortal,
Cyrillics disappears. There is it without return of page.
If URL only on cyrillics or only English - all is good.

 Hi Stas,

There is a new setting:

<add key="UseClosestAsciiCharsForUrls" value="true" />

you may need to change that to false to handle that kind of mixed url.

The setting is designed to help with languages that use similar alphabets to English.
