  • What version of mojoPortal are you running?
  • What version of .NET do you use?
  • What steps are necessary to reproduce the issue? Compare expected results vs actual results.

Downloaded submissions not readable in the Form Wizard Pro.

Hi Joe,

I do some test again Form Wizard Pro and when I download submissions and open in MS Excel , the Persian texts not readable.

Hi Asad,

The Persian characters do exist in the .csv file as you will see if you open it in text editor. It seems more like a problem with Excel itself.
