Do you have this as part of your connection string?
Charset=utf8;
Hope it helps,
Joe
There is 2 connection string one is in Web.config another one is in user.config.
in web.config there is Charset=utf8; in user.config no charset.
I'll try add charset in user.config
That will most likely fix it. After you edit user.config make sure to touch (type a space and save it) web.config so it reloads the settings.
Best,
Thanks a lot.
It works man.
Problem was in userconfig.
Thanks a million.
Hi,
I see, I did not include that part in the sample MySqlConnectionString in user.config. I will fix that now so it wil be more obvious in future releases.
thanks again for your help
and lovely CMS.
