Encrypt URL Parameters.

Hi Joe,

I thinks Encrypting URL parameters is a nice security feature to have.

Hi Asad,

We don't pass any sensitive data in query string parameters. Encrypting and decrypting things requires processor resources so we should not encrypt things unnecessarily.
