I'm using MSSQL 2005, IIS7 (vista x64), mojo 2.3.2.9
Please be specific about what setting you are trying to use a single quote in.
Author, Copyright, Read More Link Text, Disqus Site Short Name.
All of those will accept the single quotation mark, but when the edit page is opened again, it's gone along with rest of the text after this character.
