"View messages" link at contact/feedback component should show number of messages in parentheses next to it.

Maybe it should say "View messages (5/10)" if you have total 10 messages with 5 unread (if it tracks read ones that is)

As it is now when I visit our Contact us page I have to click on "View messages" every time to see if there are any

(maybe also if I could place a message counter in other places on the portal like homepage or mypage and clicking on a link go to see the messages it would be nice too)
