I know that there is a news feed module for mojoportal. But is there any module availble that can be RSS feed source? For example I need to publish my own news from the backend and give feed source to news feed module on the portal and also other people who wish to subscribe to it.

Both the blog and forum module can use as feed source for the Feed Manager module in mojoportal or any other RSS reader like google reader.

The Event Calendar Pro product also has RSS publishing capabilities.

The Feed Manager itself can also expose a feed that aggregates the feeds it consumes. So you could configure the feed manager with a list of feeds and the people can subscribe to the aggregate feed.
