Silverlight image gallery not work with superfish menu

Hi Joe,

I found the image gallery with silverlight slides show enabled would block the Superfish fly out menu to display. The menu items are hided behind the silverlight slides show panel（both image gallery and superfish menu work great separately）. I am guessing it might be some property to set for a silverlight media type so it will make it work with a fly out menu. I have seen this fly out menu displaying issue with flash. You will have to set Wmode to transparent or opaque to make a flash file work with a fly out menu(e.g. YUI menu).

This issue was reported recently along with a solution, it will be fixed in the next release of mojoPortal.

Has this been fixed in this newest release? I still have the same problem with sliverlight photo gallery. Maybe I didn't update correctly.

Hi,

Its not fixed in an official announced release, but it is fixed in svn trunk and if you are using MS SQL it is fixed in the preview build mojoportal-mssql-build-2009-10-29.zip available from our Novell Forge download page. There is a setting in the feature for "Windowless" that solves this problem. It is an IE only issue.
