Re: Error shows up on Contact Form

Are you using svn trunk? I cannot produce this error.

Best,

Joe

Re: Error shows up on Contact Form

Actually I tried both the formal release and the the svn. It shows same error message.  If I disable the spam block function,  the contact form works fine. It might be some problem in my local setup. Thank you for helping.

Re: Error shows up on Contact Form

Have you filled in the settings for Re-Captcha in Administration > Site Settings > Security > Anti-Spam?

The error you posted indicated that you have selected Re-Captcha.

Re: Error shows up on Contact Form

Yeah. That's the problem.

If I selected "SubkismetCaptcha" or " SimpleMathCaptcha", everything works normal. Only "RecaptchaCaptcha" causes the problem.

Re: Error shows up on Contact Form

So you did fill in the Private and Public keys for ReCaptcha? If you did not, that is probably the reason for the error.

Re: Error shows up on Contact Form

No, I haven't filled the keys. Why I didn't need to fill anything for another two options? BTW, where are the keys? Thanks

Re: Error shows up on Contact Form

The keys are for ReCaptcha only. The other two Captcha options do not require any additional information. To obtain a key for recaptcha:

  1. Go here: https://admin.recaptcha.net/accounts/signup/.
  2. Fill out the form and you will get a private and public key for the ReCaptcha system.
  3. Enter those keys in Administration > Site Settings > Security > Anti-Spam.
