Feature Instance Instance Title

Hi Joe!

i'm using a the same form in a few different pages in my site, so i use the publishing system to achieve this... (version 2.3.1.9 MSSQL)

i was hoping i could have a different title for the form depending on what page it is on.  i thought the "Feature Instance Title" field would do this but it seems to be global for each form

the reason i want a different title is so i can know what page the form was sent from (it's the Form Wizard Pro" version)... is there another way i can do this?

Hi Keith,

Its just one feature instance used on multiple pages so it has the same instance title on all pages.

Maybe I can add something in a future version of Form Wizard to always have a hidden field in the submission data to capture the page it was posted from.
