Error setting up Form Pro Page

Working with the Forms Pro module now. Setup a form with a number of options and didn't complete something correctly. When I went back to the page getting a page error. The log feed is below. I can go into tables and delete records as needed to correct but maybe you had a quick fix.

I deleted webform and all related questions in webform, webformoption and webformquestion. Will try to start over again.

If you can tell me steps to produce the problem I will investigate it as a bug. The error does not give me any real clues.

fyi, I just uploaded a new release of Form Wizard Pro that inlcudes a new Single Checkbox question type.

I finally got back to this. The error occurs setting up a mulitple choice question. I duplicated the error on the demo site. Forms Test on the main menu bar.

I setup a single multiple choice question with a number of options.

Any ideas?

Hi Derek,

I tried adding a multiple choice to an existing form and it worked. Then I created a new form with 1 multiple choice question and I'm able to produce this error on my machine. I will look into this first thing tomorrow and try to fix it and put up a fixed release.

I appreciate your follow up on this bug.

For now I will delete that page from the demo site.
