Note: This page shows some information that is helpful during setup and upgrades but for security it would be best not to show any information when the system is up to date. You can disable setup and suppress all information on this page by setting DisableSetup=true in Web.config. When you need to upgrade, you can set this back to false. If you are logged in as Administrator setup will run and you will be able to see this page even if it is disabled in Web.config so you can easily leave it disabled and just login before upgrading. But if you are not logged in you will need to enable setup in Web.config.

Re: Event Calendar Pro - Web Page Error

Your version of mojoPortal is quite out-dated. You may want to try upgrading to the latest version.

Re: Event Calendar Pro - Web Page Error

Hi Derek,

Joe Davis is correct. If you look on the System Requirements Tab on the Event Calendar Pro product page it indicates that mojoPortal 2.3.1.7 or higher is needed. I recommend upgrade to 2.3.1.9, it has a lot of nice new features that I think you will like. You can find out some of the new things by reading the release notes for 2.3.1.7 and 2.3.1.9.

Best,

Joe

Re: Event Calendar Pro - Web Page Error

I upgraded to 2.3.1.9. I also reinstalled Calendar Pro. It didn't look like any errors occured during install script. I can now create a page with a Calendar Pro object on it. But, when I go to add an event. I get the "We're sorry but a server error has occurred while trying to process your request."

Any ideas? Where are the log files located?

You can go to the Administration Menu and then click on the System Log. :-)

Re: Event Calendar Pro - Web Page Error

Hi,

This can be fixed by install .NET 3.5 SP1.

The method that is missing was added in the SP1.

However, I fixed this error in mojoPortal (by wrapping error handling around it) so it can still work without SP1 and I can do the same with Event Calendar Pro and make a new package by the end of the day today.

But, the best fix is to upgrade to SP1 because there is a reason this method was needed, though I think it was needed mainly to solve an issue with UpdatePanels in folder based child sites.

Best,

Joe

Re: Event Calendar Pro - Web Page Error

fyi, I uploaded an updated version of Event Calendar Pro which fixes this error but requires mojoPortal 2.3.1.9.

I still recommend installing the SP1 for .NET 3.5.

Best,

Joe
