What database platform is your site using?
What version of mojoPortal are you running?
What version of .NET do you use?
What steps are necessary to reproduce the issue? Compare expected results vs actual results.

Hi,

I lost my mojoportal.com password and i tried to recover using the link to recover password but the password never reach my inbox, so i had to re-register as other user. Maybe a bug in the program or maybe a configuration problem?

I do not know but i thought it was good to tell you.

Hi,

I think it might be something about your email address that the server rejected it or something. I tested the password recovery to get my own password and it worked.

I also sent you your password in email after you emailed me about it. Did you get the email or did it get lost in the cloud?

Thank you for your help with my password, i really do not know why i do not receive emails from mojoportal.

I have tested with an account in yahoo and i can recover my password.
