I get this error when I try to upgrade the old database from the url: http://localhost/Setup/Default.aspx

Thanks. With your script I got the database up and running, but it was one error relating to outgoing RSS Feed . I think it's my database upgrade

from 2.2.5.8 to 2-3-1-0 that  lead to the RSS Feed error, because when I use the default  2-3-1-0 Database it's no problem. When I look more 

carefuly on the output from the upgrade it's one error relateing to the  webstore - 0.0.4.6 script. 

Setup is disabled but running setup anyway because current user is an administrator.

I am thinking that the above error in webstore script 0.0.4.6 can be the reason why my outgoing RSS Feed don't work properly. Do you have a script file for this error?

Thanks. The upgrade to version 2.3.1.7 went well without errors in the upgrade script, but I have found something very rare. I create some new RSS Feed. They was working  perfect, but the old RSS Feed that was upgrade from the 2.2.5.8 database, had the same outgoing RSS Feed error as describe on this site. If it's a easy fix on this I will be happy, if not it's not the end of the world. Then I will try to re-create all my old RSS Feed.
