Hi Joe,

This is a pretty simple feature add, so I thought it would be easy enough (and hopefully useful to others) for you to add it to the existing Contact form rather than creating a customized feature myself. What I would like to see is an additional option in the feature settings that will make the name and address uneditable. I would use this for a contact form that is only accessed by logged in users and I only want them to submit the form with the prepopulated values from their account and not be able to change them.
