Sometime the commerce reports in admin menu is surplus.

Hi Joe

When we use mojoPortal in a non commerical organization the commerce reports in admin menu is surplus. So in my opinion we can inject this link to administration menu by the BuildAdditionalMenuListItems method that you write in AdminMenu.aspx.cs file.

I have changed it to hide the Commerce Reports link if commerce is not configured. So it will be hidden by default in the next release.
