Its a good point but it is problematic because we aggregate commerce reporting at the site level and we can't summarize results from different currencies. I will first have to add currency into the reporting data so we can aggregate and summarize by currency and then it may be possible to make this a store level setting. For now I would suggest use a different site for a different currency.
