How to add/create new webpart in MP?

How to create/add a new webpart in the mojo? thnks,

I use vs2008 pro

After installed I see no webpart or how to add webpart?

v 2.9.xx, posgress 8.3.x iis7

If you compiled the WebPart into a dll and put it in the bin folder, then you should be able to "install it" in the site by going to Administration > Advanced Tools> Web Part Installation
