add page add photo

Hi,

I have changed my site http://bluegrassmessengers.com/ to Mojo portal: © 2008 - 2009 Powered by mojoPortal | XHTML 1.0 | CSS | Design by styleshout.

I can't add any new pages or photos to my site. If I try I get:

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

Sounds like something got changed in the IIS settings for directory security for the site. Or possibly you have reached your disk quota, I would look around in your web control panel. I would also have a look in the mojoportal log under admin menu > System Log or download the file /Data/currentlog.config

After that all I get is: BannedIPBlockingHttpModule blocked etc.

I have about 1,000 text pages to add. I noticed the 1 kept being added on all new pages until it became 111111111... I figured out how to fix that but that's when I started having problems. 

Any suggestions? I'd be glad to pay you to fix the problem so I can use my site again.

Hi Richard,

I've registered on your site as jaudette, if you find me on the member list and click the gear icon to get to user management, you can add me temprorarily to the Administrators role and I'll have a look at the error log and see what I can figure out.

Those items you posted from your log are from back in february (or else the server has the wrong date/time). It makes me wonder if the log is still updating. Possibly folder permissions changed and the log can no longer update and these folder permissions can cause the kind of forbidden access error you are talking about.

I'll do a brief investigation, if I can solve it quickly you could buy me a few beers and call it even, if it turns into more I'll give an estimate by email.

Joe,

I will buy you a couple beers. My family lives in College Park MD so I'm out your way at times. We can maybe even play a few tunes.

I'm having my friend, Amos Van Horn, contact you with the info. He actually set up my site with MojoPortal and is more computer literate. I have other mojoportal sites but I'm not having any problem with them.
