Better Photo Album Management System

I need a photo album manage ment system that allows for different albums to be stored in different categories. I'm developing for a student organization at a local university and they would like to group multiple albums by year. So basically you come to a category selection screen that displays 2007-2008 and 2008-2009. Inside each of those would be several albums. Has anyone seen anything like this or developed something like it?

Well, you can actually get this done using the Image Gallery (simple folder) utility already built into Mojo. In the root folder: ~/Data/Sites/1/FolderGalleries/ you can create whatever folders you need (2007-2008, etc) then just load your pics into the folders, and point the page instance of the gallery wherever you want, then the subfolders (years) will automatically be generated as your groups.
