I can´t realize a conection to the database in the button_click in HelloMojo example. I don´t know the cause of it, I know it´s not very good, but i am testing some things... if you can help me..

There is plenty of examples of code connecting to the database in the mojoportal source code. You should study those examples to learn it. Look at any of the classes in mojoPortal.Data
