You can't unless you clone it and make your own custom version.
And is it possible to start the actual text area with some text inside?
Is it possible to give a default value for the text in the text area of the contact form?
Its not currently possible but it sounds like a good idea for an enhancement to make a module setting for optional default content.
I will make a note of it on my list and get to it when I can.
