changing stylelayout.css don't affect

changing stylelayout.css don't affect

I create new skin by copying existing skin (styleshout-coolwatr to _my). After I try to change any values in  stylelayout.css and other css files, but I don't see result in browsers after refreshing. I remove all CSS files from _my skin folder, but skin don't changed. I modify header2.jpg and after refresh i see new picture, but not in css case. WHY?

the same error with me.

modify the web.config:

<add key="CacheCssOnServer" value="true" />
<add key="CacheCssInBrowser" value="true" />

modify the "true" to "false".
but you should download the 2.2.8.1 release.
