The easiness which you can create Content without knowing HTML is really great for the unexperienced user.  But for Advanced Designers it will be great to have the possibility to create xhtml content with some tags marked with attributes that Mojo would look for and create from that the aspx page and inject into the xhtml the aspx controls as the designer intended.

If you have done some programming with Facelets or know the ideas of Clay from the Apache Shale project you get the concept.  So you will convert the xhtml into aspx pages.

This way you will get more freedom for laying out the content of your sites as you could have several sections each one with their one layout.  This feature / idea can be extended even further but to start is good enough.
