Yes, there is an ecommerce feature, though its not fully baked yet and is only for use by the brave. There is some information about it here, but its a bit outdated. Its actually included in mojoportal for MS SQL and MySql but configuring it and using it will likely be a challenge for you.

I plan to open a store with it on this site in July and my actual use of it for commerce should lead to it getting more polished up so that others can use it more easily. Keep an eye on the blog for more info as I will be posting announcements there when the store goes live.
