Remember hex numbers for colors is some times a little difficult and having an idea of what they apear as is another mater. I found this site where you can get an idea of what the visibone colors look like: http://www.visibone.com/colorlab/ I have a number of color palets for CMYK, but they are useless on the web, the best I can do is find a color close to what I want. This site gives you an idea of the aproximation to that color.

This site also has some other useful tools to help remember things. We call these cheat sheets, but for the amatuer they are a god send.
