Looks like a script error in the place. But maybe it is a  mysql error.

Yes! It's no MP problem.

080411 22:46:42 InnoDB: Warning: cannot create table `mojoportal/mp_LetterInfo` because tablespace full

And finally it works fine.

P.S. I've noticed, that WebServices now functional to some extent too and they can be used in many cases.
