FileManager got error 500

FileManager got error 500

Dear Mojo Team,

need your help on this, because when i try to upload a new file to server, the FileManager response with error 500.

it's working well in old server (windows server 2008R2, IIS 7.5). but problem happened when i migrate the site to new server (windows server 2016, IIS 10).

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()
https://sitename/FileManager?editor=filepicker&type=image&inputid=ctl00_MainContent_Image
