Member List Paging

The MemberList.aspx pager lists pages that are empty. I am guessing that the page count is determined based on all member profiles including Locked Out Users and Users Waiting for Approval, even when these two categories are not displayed in the list.

What operating system were you running when the bug appeared? Windows Server 2019 Standard

What database platform is your site using? SQL Server 2016 Enterprise (13.0.4522.0)

What version of mojoPortal are you running? 2.7.0.0

What version of .NET do you use? 4.7.03190

What steps are necessary to reproduce the issue? Compare expected results vs actual results. Create 50 - or an appropriate number of your choosing for your test case - members. Lock out 10 - or ... see previous annotation - members. Do not approve 5 - or ... see previous annotation - members. Set MemberListPageSize to 12 - or ... see previous annotation. Go to /MemberList.aspx and view pages 3, 4, and 5.
