Form Wizard Pro - Pagination Font Awesome icons not appearing

  • What database platform is your site using?
  • What version of mojoPortal are you running?
  • What version of .NET do you use?
  • What steps are necessary to reproduce the issue? Compare expected results vs actual results.

Form Wizard Pro - Pagination Font Awesome icons not appearing

The forms wizard 'Browse Submissions' pagination icons are not appearing.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://demo.mojoportal.com/form-wizard
  2. Submit 2 forms
  3. Login as the admin user, and go to the form wizard administration -> Submission Data -> Browse Submissions
  4. You will see the first submission with a pagination at the top.  The 'Next Page' and 'Last Page' icons have not loaded.

It appears the 'View Submissions Grid' and 'Browse Submissions' load in an pop-up iFrame and font awesome font is not loaded.
