Event Calendar Pro Assigned to Each User

My client is asking that I have an event calendar for every user on his site for meeting scheduling purposes. Is this possible with Event Calendar Pro? I would only want the user to see their own calendar, not everyone's. (This is a small company with only a handful of user's, not a massive public site.)

If that IS possible, how easy is it to trigger other events on calendar event creation?
