Hi, Have you looked at the Important Skin Changes article (https://www.mojoportal.com/important-skin-changes)? If you have any problems after following those steps, post details of the problems here and we will try to help. Thanks, Joe

Re: upgrade the skins from artisteer to new bootswatch skin.

Hi joe,

Thanks for your reply.

my query is let suppose I have existing skin "art42-wallpaper" and now when I want to use this skin in new mojoportal version 2.5 then it' not work.

As per new mojo version skins folder structure are different.

How I can use this skin with new version what kind of changes I need to do? or else it's not possible any way in new version.

Thanks,

Re: upgrade the skins from artisteer to new bootswatch skin.

Hi,

You can use skins that were developed prior to mojoPortal 2.5 with mojoPortal 2.5. The folder structure of the skins we release now is different but that's just a preference. mojoPortal doesn't care about that folder structure. As long as your skins are inside of the /data/sites/<site number>/skins folder and the root of your skin folder has layout.master, styleconfig, and theme.skin, you're good to go.

You do need to check out the Important Skin Changes documentation though. There are some settings changes you should be aware of.

Hope this helps,
Joe
