New feeds at contentupdates

Hello at all,
we want to use the RSS Feeds in combination with the links.
Our plan is to create links of documents and send RSS information’s to the MS-Outlook accounts of the employees.
It works but we can’t handle the content updates.
Some of our links will be updated once the year or later.
Is it possible to create a new RSS message after every update?
It will be great because: all updates are on top in the Outlook RSS list and we don’t need to increase the RecentContentFeedMaxDaysOld value in the Users.conf to 900 or something else.
