If you have questions about using mojoPortal, you can post them here.
You may want to first review our site administration documentation to see if your question is answered there.
Hi!
I am new to Mojo Portal and the site owner! We had a 3rd party develop this for us and are no longer in contact with them.
I am unable to Add Posts to our blog. I can get to our page website\Blogs and can see the Settings, Add Posts, and Administration links. I can successfully get into both the settings links and the Administration links. When I click on Add Post, I get a generic Runtime Error:
Server Error "/" in Application
My web.config already has <customErrors mode="Off"/>. However, I am not getting any further details from the error message. We are on SQL Server and .net. I also checked the currentlog.config file in my Data folder and is empty.
I would appreciate your help so we can start using the blogs feature. Thanks!
Hi,
This is odd because the errors should be caught by mojo and logged. Can you post your mojoPortal version? (Go to Administration > System Information).
Thanks, Joe D.

There is a good chance that someone has modified something they shouldn't have modified. If you have access to the server you can check the event viewer for asp.net errors related to your site. If you don't have access to the server, I suggest upgrading to the latest release (2.4.0.9) following the instructions here.
