  • What version of mojoPortal are you running?
  • What version of .NET do you use?
  • What steps are necessary to reproduce the issue? Compare expected results vs actual results.

EncryptedTicket error bypassed

Hi Jo,

just to inform you,

remember the thread www.mojoportal.com/Forums/Thread.aspx?pageid=5&t=8883~1 , we just had the same issue, and your answer was right ( of course..) the problem occurs when an user is in to much roles. And the cookie overflows.

We bypassed the error in the mojoportal/Web/Components/mojoRoleProvider.cs file, method GetRolesForUser(string userName)

Just add :

catch (Exception)
{
return GetRolesAndSetCookie();
}

at the end of the try/catch

works just fine.
