update version

hi,

actualy my website:

mojoPortal Versione2.3.5.4 MSSQL
Sistema OperativoMicrosoft Windows NT 6.3.9600.0
Versione ASP.NETv2.0.50727 Esecuzione in 'Partial Trust'

now my sever is changing in windows server 2012


if you change the version of the cms I lose the contents of the old site ?
