Something to think about... Most of my clients are running two sites:  Test & Production

I would really be nice if there was to have a 'Publish to Production' from the test site, that way they can not worry about making a mistake on their production site. 

Currently right now, if it's not a great deal of data, they do the work on the test site and then repeat it again on the production site.  If it's a great deal of changes, then I backup everything and then clone the test site to the production site.

However, if there was a "Publish to Production" or "Move to Production" button then the two sites could talk and update.
