Unable to share session between mojoportal application and MVC application

Unable to share session between mojoportal application and MVC application

 I have 2 applications and I have hosted second one (MVC application) as a sub-application of first application (Mojoportal). Both applications are using common application pool. Both are having their separate sessions.

 URLs of applications looks like:

 1. mysite.com

 2. mysite.com/store

 My requirement is, if session in one application is active then session in other application should remain active.

 When I had kept the forms name (<forms name=''test"....> from web.config) same for both the applications, then if I have both asp.net applications then it is working fine , but with one asp and one mvc application it is not working.

Can you please tell me to resolve this issue.
