Using Form Wizard pro instead of survey and poll feature

Hi,

I have to create a form which is either multiple choice or entering numbers or text into a box which my clients would use for campaigns. So I am planning to use Form Wizard pro, but my question is there a possibility to print the form so that it can be distributed manually as well.

I mean I will create forms for campaigns that online users are expected to fill online and simultaneously I want that I should be able to print the form as and when required. Is this functionality present on Form Wizard pro and if it is not there then how can we implement this print functionality?

Thanks,

Mahua Banerjee

You could use the printer friendly skin to print the form but if that is not pretty enough, it seems like you could easily mock one up in a word processor for printing and then later key in the printed ones that have been filled out.

Re: Using Form Wizard pro instead of survey and poll feature

We've had this come up several times. What we end up doing is turning on the "Flatten pages as groups" option in the settings of the form, viewing the form with the printer friendly skin and then printing it. This works okay but isn't the best solution. My idea of the best solution would be a print form button which loads the form in a new window with a special skin (could be the site printer friendly skin) and has all of the pages of the form displayed. The user could then print the form using the browsers print dialog as they would any normal page. I'll see if I can put something like this together and post the results here.
