Mobile Kit Pro - Artifacts

Hi there,

Since upgrading to the latest MKP, sometimes, when navigating to the Menu tab I'm presented with spurious links like artifacts left behind:-

Any ideas please?

The "Go Back Down" link should only be shown in certain circumstances such as when you visit a page that is not root level and then you navigate up the menu without changing to a different page.

If it is being shown in cases where it should not then I need to know steps to produce the problem.

Is it possible to post the url where I could see the problem so that I could view the source of the page and the site hierarchy to figure out the conditions where that happens?

Hi Neil,

I checked out your site using the link you emailed to me, both using my iphone 4s and with the emulator in google chrome and I am not able to produce the problem.

Maybe it is some kind of browser cache or maybe a proxy server between you and the web site is caching something in a way that causes the artifact but I'm not able to see the problem, it seems to work correctly.

Hi again,

Right it seems to occur when I have a poor radio signal! With a good mobile signal of WiFi it never happens but in a poor connection area I get the rootroot etc...
Guess this is out of your domain & is a carrier signal problem.

Hey Joe,

I'd like to revisit this & ask your opinion as it's come to light that this is a persistent, unrecoverable issue on the Huawei Ascend W1 but on the Nokia 1020 I use/develop on it appears as I described in my last post.

Are there still no other users experiencing this or similar issues? Your thought, advice would be most welcome.

Is there anyone else out there who develops with/on the Huawei Ascend W1 and/or sees this (screen Shot below) when selecting the menu tab with MobileKitPro installed?
