Hey,
I am using MojoPortal 2.4.0.2 and if you go into the File Manager, and create a file folder with the characters & ^ % @ # $ ( ) the folder is created.
If you try and create a file folder in the editor, the special character are striped out of the folder name. I have been able to duplicate this in the MojoPortal Demo site.
Thanks!
yes, by design we don't allow special characters nor spaces in file names for a number of reasons.
Right, but in the File Manger you can still create folders with the special characters, & ^ % @ # $ ( ).
In the editor you are restricted from creating a folder with special characters. Should you be disallowed in File Manger as well?
yeah we probably should make that consistent, I'll log it in our project tracker.
Awesome, Thanks!
