A footer panel is requires for master.layout.

A footer panel is requires for master.layout.

Hi Joe
In my opinion a footer panel is requires for master.layout so that we can place copy right text in that dynamically.In current version we must add copyright comments in layout.master for any skin and this must be repeat for any customer.

Thanks for attention to this feature.
