Site Membership Pro – Manage Order Entry – Country & Region Selector

Site Membership Pro – Manage Order Entry – Country & Region Selector

Hi Joe

Working with Site Membership Pro – 1.0.1.3, if I use Manage > Order Entry, the country in the order form defaults to United States. If I then change the country drop down to United Kingdom, the region drop down does not populate with the UK region values.

If I use the Book facility within Event Calendar Pro on the same site, the customer information form comes up with the correct default country setting of UK with the correct regions populated.  If I then change country on that form the region drop down repopulates to reflect the chosen country.

Is there a setting I need to change for Site Membership Pro to behave in the same way?

Hi Neil,

Thanks for the bug report. I've just fixed this in my copy. Unfortunately I can't get the fix into your hands until after the next release of mojoPortal which should be around April 10 or 11. There are some other changes in Site Membership Pro that depend on some new helper methods in mojoPortal that are coming in the new release, otherwise I could go ahead and package up a new release of Site Membership Pro with this fix. I will release the update for Site Membership Pro the same days as the new release of mojoPortal. Sorry for the inconvenience of the delay. If this puts you in a major bind I could possibly produce a new build of mojoPortal and of SMP just for you, to get you fixed sooner.

Many thanks for the really prompt response on this and the offer of a custom build if needed.

We're not going live with the site until the end of April so we can wait for the fix in the normal release cycle.

Thew new release of both mojoPortal and Site Membership Pro have been released. If you upgrade both of them it should fix this problem.
