Data Base Size is Increasing Automatically when i m taking backup

Hello Dear,

                         Data Base Size is Increasing Automatically when i m taking backup of the Full Database.

My database size is approx. 1.2 GB, but when i m performing backup task its showing 7 GB. hot to solve this critical issue.

I suggest that you use google to research this question to learn correct procedures for backing up a sql database and the transaction log and also google about dbcc shrinkdatabase command
