ForumListAlt and PostListAlt Need UL End Tag Removed From HeaderTemplate

Joe,

Both Forum List Alt (line 6) and Post List Alt (line 13) have a imposing UL closing tag in the HeaderTemplate (<HeaderTemplate><ul class="simplelist forumlist"></ul></HeaderTemplate>), this causes the LI elements to generate outside of the UL, and breaking a lot of stuff.
