  • What operating system were you running when the bug appeared?
  • What database platform is your site using?
  • What version of mojoPortal are you running?
  • What version of .NET do you use?
  • What steps are necessary to reproduce the issue? Compare expected results vs actual results.

If it isn't logging the errors then it means the log file is not writable and possibly not readable either if it can't be downloaded without an error.

The /Data and the /App_Data foldersand all child objects and folders need to be writable by the user that is the identity on the application pool.
