A simple per-user helpdesk with tickets (and email integration via a separate POP/IMAP box to allow users/agents to reply by email and the addon will add replies into the database). Partially, without email integration(but with notifications) it is like the forum which is already available in MP, but personally for each user.
Thanks for the suggestion, we'll keep this in mind for a possible future add on product.
