Demo site not accessible

  • What version of mojoPortal are you running?

Demo site not accessible

Dear support,

I am trying to access http://demo.mojoportal.com/ since two days. It is showing following error - 

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

Please look into this.

Hi,

There are a few rules about using the demo site.

  1. Don't change the admin user name, email or password or do anything that blocks other people from using the site
  2. Don't remove the instructions from the home page
  3. Don't remove my product demo pages

Doing any of those things will get your ip address banned from the demo site because it hurts my business.

You ip address was banned. I have unblocked it so you can access the deo site again, but please do not do any of the things listed above to avoid being banned again.

Thanks, Joe.

However, I was accessing the site for the first time and couldn't see even home page of it. Now also trying to do so. Still getting the same error. No home page or login page displayed.

ok, apparently you have 2 different ip addresses and both of them were banned. Before I only saw one of them, now I have unblocked the other one.
