I'm not sure what you mean. If you mean threaded discussions where replies are to specific posts rather than to the thread, it isn't something I'm planning in the near term.

If you really want a threaded discussion you could use the comment module with one of the external comment systems like Disqus or IntenseDebate instead of the Forums Module
